Fill Out Application Form
Complete the online application form with accurate personal and academic information.
Download Pre-Filled Form
Download your generated application form, attach a recent 2x2 ID picture, and sign it.
Upload Required Documents
Upload clear scanned copies of all required documents along with the signed application form. Requirements are listed on the home page.
Review Your Information
Double-check all fields and ensure all uploaded documents are legible, complete, and correct.
Submit & Consent
Check the data collection agreement box, then click Submit to finalize your application.
Track Your Application Status
Your application status and details will appear on your dashboard homepage. Please wait while an evaluator reviews your application. If approved, your exam schedule will be posted there. If rejected, you may reapply. Check your portal regularly.

Verification of applications will be conducted by our assigned personnel to ensure the completeness of the requirements and the correctness of the data provided.
Applications with incomplete requirements will be rejected upon evaluation.
Applicants may re-apply if rejected. However, please note that rejected applications' attachments will be permanently deleted once rejected.
Dishonesty in the Admission Application
The admission applicants shall uphold honesty in the entire admission process. Any act of dishonesty during the whole admission application process terminates the applicants’ chance for any program admission at any BISU campus. This act of dishonesty includes but is not limited to: input of wrong or inconsistent data or information in any admission form leading to the creation of two or more application accounts; forging or tampering with original documents; cheating or copying during the admission test; and other related fraudulent acts.

Bohol Island State University (BISU) recognizes its responsibilities under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) with respect to the data it collects, records, organizes, updates, uses, consolidates, or destroys from applicants who provide their personal information through the Online Admission Application. The personal data obtained from this portal is securely entered and stored within an authorized information and communications system, and will only be accessed by authorized personnel.
Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall be used solely to determine the applicant’s qualifications for the university's curriculum offerings and serve as a basis for ranking. BISU will not disclose any applicant's personal information without their consent.
Proceeding with the application indicates that the applicant has read this Privacy Statement and gives consent for the university to collect, record, organize, update, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase, or destroy their personal data as part of the admission process.
By continuing, the applicant also affirms their rights under the Data Privacy Act, including the right to be informed, object to processing, access and rectify data, suspend or withdraw personal data, and receive indemnification in case of damages as provided by law.
